Turn left and go up windy road to dirt parking lot

8:45 AM Meet at top of Parrish Lane parking lot
9:45 AM First runners expected to arrive
5:00 PM Last runners expected through (cutoff at next station)
5:00 PM Pack up after last runner clears

🎯 Responsibilities

πŸƒ Runner Support (CRITICAL)

  • ACTIVELY approach runners
  • Take bottles/packs and fill them
  • Ask: water, electrolytes, or both?
  • Offer food and nutrition
  • Provide encouragement!

πŸ“‹ Runner Tracking (CRITICAL)

  • Check in EVERY runner arrival
  • Check out EVERY runner departure
  • Cannot be missed - safety critical

  • Know emergency procedures
  • Record drops (bib # and reason)
  • Coordinate medical needs
  • Contact race directors if needed

⚠️ Important Notes

  • βœ“ It's 5 miles to Mueller Park (AS #5) - flat/exposed section on Bonneville Shoreline
  • βœ“ CRITICAL: Runners must leave Mueller Park (AS #5) by 5:00 PM - NO EXCEPTIONS
  • βœ“ The course is marked with BLUE reflective flags on the right side + DCP signs
  • βœ“ Two race distances: 50M (blue bibs) and 55K (green bibs)
  • βœ“ Pacers can start from this aid station (don't need to check in)
